Getting Started: The Original Car

I heard about a 40 coupe located in Indiana from a business client so I contacted the owner. I was pretty clear on what I was looking for: The condition of the body was the only thing I cared about. Some photos were looked at and a deal was made to buy the car.

The car was shipped out on a car hauler in July of 1999. As you can see from the photos, the car had the appearance of a restored original car and it looked like it was straight.

The car was a complete driver. It had a nice interior, a recently rebuilt 21 stud flathead and everything worked.
